It lists more than 350 destination spas, including active spas for hiking, biking and golf, spas geared to “lifestyle management” and the just plain luxurious. You’d be hard pressed not to find the spa holiday of your dreams.

It is amazing what a bit of pampering can do for the body and soul. If you haven’t experienced the healing qualities of a quiet few minutes soaking in a hot tub, or the cleansing powers of an herb-infused steam bath, you are missing one of life’s great pleasures.
