Lucas and Randall offer exceptional tours
to the world’s most spectacular gardens. Visiting gardens both large
and small, combining famous public gardens with specially arranged trips
to unknown and private gardens, makes their trips a special treat for
the first time visitor as well as the returning traveler. Combining
a leisurely pace with a small group and taking advantage of small
hotels, these trips allow plenty of time for in depth exploration of a
city’s unique charms.
The Baroque Flower Garden in Southern
Moravia is a rare example of a surviving baroque pleasure garden. Telc
considered the most beautiful town is the country, has a stunning square
surrounded by Renaissance and Baroque merchant homes and a castle with
two fishponds, which served as defense and to provide a steady supply of
fish to the inhabitants. The 18-century theatre at Cesky Krumlow castle
still has it original rococo scenery and its park is famous for the
terraced gardens of French design. Early Modern Europe’s landscape art,
architecture and history are showcased in this unique travel experience.
Bohemian delights abound in this little known corner of the world. My
advice, see these treasures in the company of a small group like Lucas
and Randall provide before the big busses find out about it!
